Common questionsDo you work with businesses in Singapore?
Yes — SMEs, agencies and growing companies here and across the region. Engagements run remotely, with in-person sessions for discovery and training.
Can this be supported by Singapore government grants?
Schemes such as the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) and Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) can apply to digitalisation and automation work. We scope and document projects so they can be put forward. More on EDG and PSG.
Where is our data stored, and how does this sit with the PDPA?
Architecture follows the sensitivity of the data — regional hosting, private cloud, or fully self-hosted. Permissions, retention and human review are designed in from the start. More on AI and the PDPA.
How long does a project take, and what does it cost?
A focused assessment or a single automation runs in weeks; a full platform is phased. Both are quoted only after we have defined the problem.
